1844 Tythe No 57/58 house and garden owned by John Vincent and occupied by James Cottrell, grocer

Early C18, with alterations. 2 storeys. Colourwashed with imitation masonry. Cornice and parapet. Pantile roof. 2 windows. Splayed wooden bays of 3 lights each with coved lead roofs and dentilled cornices. Sashes, no glazing bars. Dated panel in front 1713. Projecting shop-fronts under overall moulded fascia with scrolled crest containing the number 15. Splayed shop-windows of 3 lights each. Windows have curved tops and colonnettes with foliated capitals. 1 door to left. Wrought-iron sign on bracket in centre.
